Gastrointestinal Pathology in Children with Lyme Disease

ABSTRACT  Ten children between the ages of 8 and 19 with Lyme disease presented with chronic gastrointestinal symptoms. Biopsy evidence of inflammation was found in the stomach, duodenum, and colon.
